REFUND POLICY

At JvS Manufacturing, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Our refund policy is designed to complement our returns policy and provide a clear process for obtaining refunds.

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for products returned within 10 business days of the date the product was delivered, provided they meet the return eligibility criteria outlined in our Returns Policy.
  • Refunds are issued for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
  • Custom or special orders are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

2. Refund Process

      1. Initiate a Return:
        • Contact our Customer Service team at info@jvsmanufacturing.com to initiate a return and request a refund.
        • Provide the original order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of any damage or defects.
        • Our Customer Service team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the products.
         
      2. Return the Product:
        • Follow the instructions provided by our Customer Service team to return the product.
        • Ensure the product is shipped back within 5 days of receiving the RMA, using a trackable shipping method.
        • Clearly mark the RMA number on the package.

      3. Inspection and Approval:
        • Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to confirm eligibility for a refund.
        • If the product is found to be ineligible for a refund (e.g., not in original condition, not damaged, or defective), it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

3. Processing Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt and approval of the returned products.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Customers will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

4. Non-refundable items

  • Custom or special order items.
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page or invoice.

5. Amendments

JVS Manufacturing reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
