1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 10 business days of the original shipment date.
- Products must be in their original packaging and condition, unused and resalable.
- Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
- Custom or special orders are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
2. Return Process
- Contact our Customer Service team at info@jvsmanufacturing.com to initiate a return.
- Provide the original order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of any damage or defects.
- Our Customer Service team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the products.
3. Return Shipping
- Approved returns must be shipped back within 10 business days of receiving the RMA.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
- Use a trackable shipping method and ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the package.
4. Inspection and Restocking Fee
- Returned products will be inspected upon arrival.
- If the products are found to be ineligible for return (e.g., not in original condition, not damaged, or defective), they will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns that are not due to our error.
5. Refunds and Credits
- Once the returned products are inspected and approved, a refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the returned products.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or special order items.
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page or invoice.
