SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to JvS manufacturing. Below you will find all the necessary information regarding our shipping policies. Please read this document carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping options. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s), which you can use to track your order through our carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations. If there are any restrictions on your shipping address, you will be notified during the checkout process.

5. Damages

  • JvS Manufacturing is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please refer to our returns policy.

6. Missing or Lost Package
